I've lost my membership pass/fob/card what do I do?

Please notify us immediately. The extra level of security you have with your membership is that we also maintain photo identification on our system to ensure memberships are not used by others.

On your next visit, you can pay a small fee and we will re-issue a membership card or keyring pass for you (which you will need to gain entry to the facility and use the lockers).

If your membership card has been stolen (ie: with your wallet or bag), and you have a Police report, then we will re-issue your card at no cost to you.

 

You can suspend your membership pass (so that it cannot be used if you believe it has been stolen) via the Members Portal.  Select the Lost Pass option.
