What Group Fitness classes do you offer?

We offer the full range of Les Mills programs including 

  • Body Balance
  • Body Pump
  • Body Step
  • Body Jam
  • Body Attack
  • RPM
  • Sprint

as well as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes.

 

In addition to the above, we offer a range of freestyle programs from our Group Fitness Instructors.

In addition, we offer a range of Aqua Aerobics for health clubs with aquatic facilities.
