All cancellation requests must occur via the Members Portal.
Once you login to the Members Portal, you can select the "Membership Related" option at the top of the screen and then select the Cancel Membership option.
You are not able to cancel your membership if you have outstanding fees. You must first make payment of the outstanding fees (via the Members Portal or within a club on your next visit).
Once you have actioned a cancellation request, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
There is generally a notice period (normally 28 days) minimum to cancel your membership. Membership fees are still due during the notice period.

If you simply cannot visit the facilities for a period of time, why not consider suspending your membership, instead of cancelling your membership. The Suspension option is again available via the Members Portal.
