Can I put my membership on hold/freeze/suspend?

Each membership has slightly different terms and conditions.  It is best to refer to your membership form to understand the specific options available as part of your membership.

 

Generally most memberships are entitled to put your membership on hold for 4 weeks per annum. Additional weeks can be organised for a small charge.

To active a timehold/suspension, you need to provide adequate notice (time holds cannot be back-dated), and the request must be via the Members Portal.

Please note 3 month memberships do not have the ability to time-hold.

Time-hold requests due to medical reasons are also available.
