I need to change my direct debit/payment details

To change your direct debit or payment details, or to make a payment if you are currently overdue please visit the Members Portal.

 

You can update your payment information (ie: if you received a new credit card for example) from this area also.

The option to update payment details within the members portal is:

  • My Details
    • Update Payment Details
