Suspend My Membership


To suspend your membership, please log in to the Members Portal.

Click on the Membership Related drop-down menu and select the Request to Suspend Membership option.

Select your suspension start date and the number of weeks you would like to suspend your membership for. Click on Request Suspension.

Once completed you will receive an email confirming your suspension request.

    I still had a payment go out of my account even after being suspended. Why is that?
