Cancel my Digital Membership

As no doubt you will be aware, following the Australian Government's instructions, we have closed our gyms temporarily due to COVID-19. We're disappointed to have to take this action, but remain committed to the health and fitness of our members.

As advised in our member notices from Monday 23rd March and onward; Club Lime has now launched Digital Membership at $4 p/week. The Digital Membership has gone live from Thursday 23rd April.

There are many fantastic benefits of the Digital Membership, one being that it is completely cost neutral! Once our facilities re-open, Club Lime will credit to your account the total amount you have paid for your Digital Membership. If you do not choose to suspend or cancel, you will automatically be opted into this membership.

If you don't wish to continue as a Digital Member, the membership suspension option is available. All suspensions will be FREE of charge for the length of the shutdown. Memberships will recommence when we reopen. You can suspend your membership via the Member's Portal online.

All members are also free to cancel should they wish. The 28-day notice period does not apply. If you cancel your membership and rejoin at a later date, your previous membership rate will not apply, and you will pay market rate. Furthermore, a reactivation fee of $40 may be payable. You can cancel your membership via the Member's Portal online.

Regardless of your decision and when safe to do so, we look forward to welcoming you back into our gyms, making sure you're achieving all of your fitness goals with Club Lime.
