Will there be a change to the billing arrangements?

If you are a direct debit paying member, then your direct debit details and authority will simply be transferred to Club Lime. There will be no changes to your payment frequency, schedule or amount.

All of your details will remain confidential, and should you wish to review it, the Club Lime privacy policy is available here.

Under the terms of your Direct Debit Request Service Agreement, please accept this as notice that your current debit arrangement, including the amount, frequency and date of payment have transferred to Viva Leisure.  This change is effective immediately.

Your direct debit payments will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Club Lime / Viva Leisure.
