What can I do to protect myself?


We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the symptoms of the Coronavirus which include fever, flu like symptoms and difficulty breathing and exercise the following simple procedures whilst using our facilities to stop the spread of the infection.

  • Cleaning hands with soap and water
  • Use hand sanitizer provided prior and after training
  • Wipe down equipment before and after use
  • Covering your nose and mouth with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing
  • Avoiding contact with anyone who has flu-like symptoms
  • If you are unwell, avoid contact with others and stay away until you’re better.
